A Civil Engineer from Purdue University US, Ravi Menon started his journey with Sobha Group in June 2004, and became the Co-Chairman of Sobha Realty Dubai in April 2023. Alongside his father PNC Menon, the Founder and Chairman of Sobha Group, Ravi Menon is now expanding this brand to go global

1.    Can you tell us about Sobha Realty’s partnership with the Arsenal Football Club? 

We are delighted with our strategic partnership with Arsenal, underscoring our shared ethos of attention to detail and the pursuit of excellence. This partnership reflects Sobha Realty’s commitment to the highest quality, seamlessly mirroring Arsenal F.C.’s position of “Always Forward.”

e are also honoured to be the football club’s principal partner and official training kit sleeve partner for both the men’s and women’s teams. Integral to this partnership, Sobha is the club’s first-ever training ground naming rights partner. Consequently, the training ground has been renamed as the Sobha Realty Training Centre, aligning with Arsenal’s premier status in football. Additionally, the WM Lounge, an elite match-day hospitality suite at the Emirates Stadium, has been rebranded as ‘The WM Lounge, Presented by Sobha Realty.’

 2. Sobha Hartland is one of the most ambitious luxury projects of Sobha Realty so far. Tell us more about this project. 

Nestled in the heart of Dubai, Sobha Hartland is a world-class project exemplifying our commitment to offering a best-in-class living experience with seamless connectivity. The large masterplan, located in Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum City, facilitates easy access to major highways and transportation networks. 3.  You have just opened the Sobha Global Studio in the heart of London in UK? Who does it cater to and what is the target demographic? 

Located on Park Lane in the heart of Mayfair, one of the most luxurious areas in the UK, Sobha Global Studio elegantly symbolises the brand’s commitment to luxury living.  Serving as a marketing and sales office, the studio offers eclectic options for high-net individuals, expats and international investors belonging to diverse demographics.
